Final Week of 8th month & counting

This past week has been a busy one with my 34-35 week doctor appointment on Tuesday(everything went well), much anticipated baby furniture delivery from Storkland Furniture on Thursday, baby shower given by my co-workers on Friday (lots of fun and good food) and delivery of the final piece of baby furniture (brick colored glider and ottoman for the downstairs den) on Saturday. The weekend was spent getting Jillian's room together and enjoying sorting thru the wonderful gifts we have received from the baby shower this past Friday, as well as Michael's office baby shower and the two previous baby showers given by my cousin, Audrey McDonald, in Birmingham on June 7, and my best friend, Therese Morris, in Mobile on June 28. We are so blessed with good friends and family that care about us and our daughter-to-be and can't thank everyone enough! You will all have to come visit us in Bham and meet Miss Jillian and see her baby's room. If you are unable to visit, then we will continue to update this blog to keep you posted!!! We will post preliminary pictures of the baby's room tomorrow when my tech savvy husband shows me how to do that! Until then....have a great evening! Jillian and I need our beauty rest......zzzzzzz.
