Easter 2010 - Part 1

Jillian and I were in CVS shopping for Easter candy and the nice cashier asked us to put ears on Jillian's head so she could take a picture. At first I thought this a little odd then I realized she was taking the picture to upload on their photo printer and printed me a picture for her daddy. How sweet!

Here it is.




Sittie came over the morning of the 3rd to give Jillian her Easter stuff since we would be out of town for Easter weekend and Aunt Ricia's birthday.

Easter Egg hunt at Birmingham Southern College on April 3rd
Birmingham Southern Alumni Annual Easter Egg Hunt -
We have gone two years in a row to the Annual Birmingham Southern College Alumni Easter Egg Hunt on the President's Lawn and this year was so much more fun. After Jillian's afternoon nap, we loaded up the SUV and headed to BSC. The weather was cooperating and nice and sunny. The BSC Egg Hunt was complete with Bunny Brew, cookie decorating and the giant sized walking Easter Bunny. Jillian collected 4 eggs with our help and we were proud of our little girl. At first, she didn't like the tall grass and cried for Ba-Ba to hold her. Once the Egg Hunt got underway, she got over her dislike for the grass and headed out for "the hunt". Her age group was 0-2, so she was right in the middle at the age of 19 1/2 months.
