Ba-Ba left work, went to get Jillian at daycare, then went downtown to pick up Da-Da. We got a great parking spot in the parking garage at McWane and headed on inside. Being that we were actually EARLY (unheard of for us), we were one of the first ones in line to actually see the characters. Jillian was fidgeting (normal behavior for a 19 month old toddler) but thankfully we did the photo op with the characters first because the line was very long later on that evening.

Jillian enjoyed sticking her hand in Dora's mouth and was thankfully NOT SCARED of the life size characters. In fact, she cried when we had to get up so the next child could take a photo. That was unexpected!
The Photo Op was followed up with dinner of mac and cheese, mini cheese sliders, fruit, apple juice and cookies. The Dora and Diego videos were playing in the background while we ate. The last activity was a scavenger hunt but Jillian was a little young for that so we took the opportunity to see more of McWane Science Center.
