Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Well it is finally time for Christmas! We are so looking forward to Jillian's view of this holiday as a 16, almost 17, month old. Ba-Ba bought her a special nightgown to wear, now that she is walking much better than 3-4 weeks ago.

We went to the children's service at Cathedral Church of the Advent at 3:30pm and enjoyed the children's choir program, while Jillian went to Sunday School class. After the service, we came home to eat dinner and watch Rudulph the Red Nosed Reindeer for the umpteenth time before putting Jillian to bed.

Jillian went to bed in her new green Christmas nightgown and Ba-Ba and Da-Da prepared for Santa's arrival.

Christmas morning came at its usual wake up time for our family, around 6:45am. We headed downstairs and made sure Da-Da got ahead of us to take video.

After our family Christmas morning, we headed over to PawPaw's house around 11am for Christmas with Sittie's family. It was a crazy morning of present opening, playing with Jillian (she was the only child there) and lots of great food that the Habsheys made for everyone. So nice to see everyone and visit and share this special holiday!!! We are so glad that Paw Paw, who will be 95 next month, is still going strong and the sweetest great-grandpa that Jillian knows.

Merry Christmas to all!! (We are missing the holiday with the Philpotts in Florida but hope to see them very soon!)
