After packing only the essentials, we drove down Thursday evening.
On Friday, we met some of Martina's old school friends for lunch, and afterwards Jillian got to play in a fun water fountain.
On Saturday the 4th, we made a quick trip down to Gulf Shores where Jillian got her first feel of sand and fresh salt water.
After some sand, sun and fun in the Gulf it was back up to Mobile to celebrate the 4th with Bob Bon and Papasan.
No scary fireworks this year. But hey, who needs them when you can have this much fun with a miniature American flag!
